Activities at Menwith Hill include supplying information enabling drones operated by the Government of the USA to undertake targeted killings.
These extra judicial executions are illegal under international law. The involvement of the UK Government in facilitating the supply of that information to another government so they can use it for targeted killings is also illegal. It is reasonable to question the legality of killing other people as "collateral damage” when targeted killings are under taken by any government. MHAC notes that the Bureau of Investigative Journalists estimates that 28 people are killed for each person targeted.

The terms under which land at Menwith Hill is made available to the US Military and Security Services has been kept secret for many years. It would be desirable for the terms under which the land is made available to the US Military and Security Services to be in the public domain.
